Profile

The Nepal national women’s cricket team represents Nepal in international women’s cricket. They made their international debut in the Asian Cricket Council Women’s Tournament in Malaysia in July 2007.

The Women’s team played against Thailand at Johor on 12 July 2007.

Nepal Women made their Twenty20 International debut on 12 January 2019 against China, at the 2019 Thailand Women’s T20 Smash in Bangkok.

Rubina Chhetri is the former captain appointed in 2012 and Sita Rana Magar leads both batting and bowling records. Magar has scored 500 international runs and grabbed 30+ wickets. ON November 9, Indu Barma replaced Rubina Chhetri as the new captain of Nepal Women’s cricket team.
