Kevin O’Brien (born 4 March 1984) is an Irish Cricketer who plays for Ireland National cricket team. He is a batting allrounder and bats right-handed and bowls right-arm medium-fast.

Kevin O’Brien wrote his name into Irish cricketing lore with magical innings against England in Bangalore. He hit six huge sixes in a 50-ball century to set up a historic three-wicket win in the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup. His match-winning innings is also the fastest in World Cup history. It was the highest successful run chase in World Cup history.
